About Us

Sunwah and Brinc have formed a strategic joint venture to deliver innovation,

accelerator, venture-building, and ecosystem development programs in Vietnam and across the region.

Sunwah is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate with over 55 years of presence in

Vietnam and strong relationships across corporates, universities, government agencies, and the innovation ecosystem.

Brinc is a global venture accelerator operating across Asia, MENA, and North

America, helping startups, corporates, and institutions build innovation programs and commercialize emerging technologies.

Together, we help organizations drive innovation, startup collaboration, talent

development, and cross-border growth.

What You'll Be Selling

  • Corporate innovation and accelerator programs
  • Open innovation and startup collaboration initiatives
  • University incubation and entrepreneurship programs
  • Innovation ecosystem development projects
  • Cross-border innovation and market access programs
  • Venture-building and commercialization services

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Vietnam
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify and secure new corporate, university, government, and ecosystem partners
  • Lead business development activities, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
  • Achieve revenue and pipeline targets
  • Maintain CRM and sales reporting discipline
  • Work closely with Sunwah and Brinc teams to develop client solutions

Requirements


  • 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or partnership experience
  • Strong network in Vietnam's corporate, education, government, or innovation ecosystem
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and deal closing
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in Vietnamese and English
  • Experience selling consulting, professional services, innovation, education, or technology solutions is a plus
