Job Description

Join a leading mobile media platform with 40M users! Drive OEM Ads growth in Vietnam & SEA.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead business development for mobile advertising (OEM Ads) across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
  • Build partnerships with game publishers, app developers, ad networks, and agencies.
  • Develop revenue strategies, expand advertiser base (direct clients & agencies), and identify monetization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Ops teams for campaign optimization.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and deliver strategic insights/reports.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years in mobile advertising, programmatic ads, or OEM sales; game publishing/ad experience required.
  • Proven sales leadership in digital ecosystem (CPI/CPA/CPM, UA, monetization).
  • Strong negotiation, data-driven mindset; Mandarin (priority) + fluent English.
