Our client, one of Vietnam's leading consumer goods companies is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team.
Duties:
- Develop short-term and long-term risk management strategies for the whole corporation
- Develop the Risk Management Framework, including the creation and implementation of comprehensive risk management models for the company and its business partnerships.
- Implement programs for material risk assessment and compliance evaluation, along with initiatives to enhance compliance across the entire system.
- Cultivate a risk management culture within the group, embedding risk management into every business activity to support the corporation's overall success.
- Lead and oversee the compliance review department to identify non-compliance issues or process gaps, and implement necessary remediation and improvements.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of policies, standards, and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance
- Solid knowledge of risk management principles
- Expert-level knowledge of MS Office, and other risk management tools
- At least 15 years of experience in a risk management role
- In-depth understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
