Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of retail deposit products across digital and branch channels.
  • Develop product strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Monitor product performance and drive initiatives to optimize growth, profitability, and customer value.

- Product Development & Enhancement

  • Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, launch, and continuously enhance deposit products, pricing strategies, and promotional programs.
  • Improve customer journeys and digital experiences to increase product adoption and engagement.

- Business Performance Management

  • Drive deposit growth, customer acquisition, and portfolio profitability.
  • Analyze product performance, funding costs, customer behavior, and business results to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products under management.

- Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure all products and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Review and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Identify and mitigate product-related risks while maintaining operational excellence.

- Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Collaborate closely with Digital Banking, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Risk Management, Compliance, and Business Units to deliver product initiatives.
  • Lead product development and transformation projects from concept to implementation.

- People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

*Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in banking, financial services, product management, or retail banking.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of retail deposit products, banking operations, and digital banking trends.
  • Proven analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
