Job summary:

We'relooking for aHead ofQualityControlto join ourQuality Controlteam.You willlead and R&R in 02 group:

Certification/Homologation:You willbe responsible forplanning, preparing, and executing certification processes for the humanoid robot, covering both hardware and software components. You will work closely with QA, Hardware, Software, Firmware, AI/ML, Legal, and external certification labs to ensure the robot meets required regulations before mass deployment.

Quality Control:You will ensure compliance, stable operation, and efficiency of humanoid robot development quality.You will coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing... to ensure meet all deliverables/requirementsforGate Opening.

REQUIREMENTS

Relevanteducationandexperience

• Bachelor's Degree or above in quality management, electrical or mechanical engineering, etc.
• 8+ years experience in quality management related.
• Lead auditor qualification or certified enterprise work experience is preferred.
• Experience with and understanding of quality standard, qualityauditand quality improvement
• V Model background
• Know basic quality knowledge and experienceon audit, be familiar with ISO9001.
• Be strong in both verbal and written communication skills in English & stakeholder's management skills.

• Ability to work independently, able to adapt to businesstrip.
• Willing to communicate with cross function team and express different ideas

JOBDESCRIPTION

• Lead Product Development Gate reviews to ensure quality, risk control, and regulatory readiness
• Drive customer-focused quality evaluation to meet market, compliance, and user requirements
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
• Lead quality team to achieve the objective
• Drive continuous improvement using CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk management tools
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements
• Own ISO quality management systems by setting qualityobjectivesand leading internal and external audits
• Define and execute certification and homologation strategies across target markets
• Manage and tracking closely the certification and homologation plan
• Manage regulatory approval activities, including conformity certification for RF/telecommunication devices and quality inspection registration for imported components
• Lead the development of departmental strategy aligned with business objectives
