As our Head of Purchasing, you will report to local management and our regional team, driving purchasing excellence across Corporate categories.
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead fair tender processes and establish long-term, ethical supplier partnerships.
- Value & Savings: Launch cost-saving initiatives (re-engineering, volume pooling) and report performance regionally.
- Operations & Compliance: Monitor the PO process, manage the supplier database, and ensure compliance.
- Local Development: Identify and scale local suppliers to become regional champions.
We Are Looking For We seek a highly experienced purchasing leaders:
- Category Sourcing Strategy: Strong background in FMCG sourcing, particularly for marketing and merchandising.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Expert negotiator with the ability to manage complex contracts with Legal.
- Analytical Acumen: Advanced MS Office skills to analyze value, track KPIs, and forecast savings.
- Stakeholder Influence: Fluent in English with the confidence to present to regional leadership.
- Supplier Relationship Management & Ethics: Deep commitment to integrity, managing social audits and ethical standards.
