Head of Property - South

Join the team to expand/develop MM Mega Market business within Vietnam, long term and short-term strategy.

1. Site Identification & Acquisition

• Participate in the identification, feasibility analysis and negotiation of retail real estate acquisitions.

• Source acquisition opportunities

• Source and analyze the feasibility of potential development sites and evaluate associated development schemes.

• Participate in the identification and negotiation with local landlord on targeted sites.

2.Development Planning & Investment Analysis

• Development planning for successful development of MM Mega projects, which would include extensive financial investment analysis, pro-forma modeling of new developments, opportunistic investment strategies.

•Work with local governmental bodies and other interested parties to obtain necessary project permits and entitlements.

•Work with Development team to transition project acquisition and entitlement to project programming, design and delivery phase.

3. Other tasks requested by Line Manager

Professional Background

•Minimum of 5 years of hands-on real estate experience preferably within the retail industry

•Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate and close the acquisition of land.

•Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate and close the acquisition of raw land and existing buildings.
