Job title: Head of Product

Salary: Up to 100M VND gross/month

Type: Full-time, in-office

Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We are looking for a Head of Product to lead large-scale digital products for Retail, FMCG, and Omnichannel ecosystems.

This role is ideal for senior Product leaders who enjoy building product strategy, leading strong teams, and driving digital transformation with real business impact.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead the full product lifecycle from idea, development, launch, to optimization
• Manage and grow a high-performing Product team
• Work closely with Tech, Business, and Leadership teams on large digital transformation programs
• Drive data-driven decisions using KPIs, dashboards, and product analytics.

Must-have:

• 8+ years of experience in Product, Digital Transformation, or Technology
• At least 3+ years in a senior role: Head of Product, Product Lead, or Senior Product Manager
• Strong experience building products for Retail chains, FMCG distribution, or Omnichannel (B2B, B2C)
• Solid understanding of retail & distribution business: pricing, promotion, inventory, order flow
• Hands-on experience with product frameworks: Agile, Scrum, OKR, Lean
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Good English communication skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in digital transformation programs, consulting, or large-scale platforms
• Background in FMCG, Distribution, or multi-service technology ecosystems.

You will join a Tech-products company building a multi-service technology platform for Retail, Distribution, and Financial Services, supporting businesses across the full value chain and driving digital transformation in Vietnam.

Working Time: Office-based, standard working hours (Monday to Friday).
