Job Overview And Responsibility

1. Strategic Leadership

Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.

2. Product Development Management

Oversee the end to end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post launch optimization.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high quality products on time and within budget.

Ensure rigorous testing, validation, and customer feedback integration during product development.

3. Team Leadership and Development

Build, mentor, and manage a high performing product development team.

Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Set clear KPI goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

Communicate the product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners regarding product related matters.

Present product updates and performance metrics to the executive team and board of directors.

5. Innovation and Trends

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and customer behavior.

Promote the adoption of best practices and tools to enhance product development processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and user centered design principles.
• 10+ years of experience in product management and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, especially within the technology/fintech
• industries.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data driven decision making and proficiency in product analytics tools.
