Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the Group's development objectives.
- Lead supplier sourcing, strategic supplier management, and performance evaluation to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Establish and continuously improve procurement policies, governance frameworks, processes, and standards across the Group.
- Manage supplier contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate procurement-related risks.
- Build high-performing procurement capabilities and drive digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and business value.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations within diversified businesses or large-scale projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to optimize costs while creating sustainable value.
- High level of integrity, collaborative mindset, and a strong commitment to delivering positive business impact.
- Good communication in English.
