Strategic Planning & Performance Management
- Develop PD's annual business plan, including APE, MAPA, persistency, segment penetration, and product mix targets.
- Drive sales forecasting, performance reporting, and governance decks for ExCo, SteerCos, and QBPR.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and communicate key updates to leadership and Prudential Group.
Product Proposition & Customer Segmentation
- Design innovative product propositions tailored to customer segments and bank partner needs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis translate insights into actionable campaigns with Channel Marketing and Sales Planning.
- Collaborate with bank product and marketing teams to analyze customer bases and co-design propositions and campaigns.
- Optimize proposition design based on channel and product economics recommend initiatives to increase adoption across key segments.
Distribution Agreement & Bank Engagement
- Negotiate and manage distribution agreements ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Anticipate changes to agreements to deliver PD business objectives effectively.
Data Management & Analytics
- Own dashboard development and enhancement for PD and bank users.
- Leverage analytics for sales funnel optimization, segmentation, and campaign design deliver actionable insights.
Compensation & Incentives Governance
- Design and manage internal bonus schemes and FSC compensation frameworks.
- Optimize incentives and contest schemes align budgets for marketing allowance and incentive allocation
Budget Planning & Management
- Lead annual and quarterly budget planning act as cost center owner.
- Track expenses, reconcile with General Ledger, and manage approval processes.
People Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing team across planning, analytics, and proposition development.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and coaching culture provide recognition and development opportunities.
- Groom team members, identify training needs, and instill professionalism and operational excellence.
