We are building a freight-matching platform to reduce empty miles, increase utilization, and help carriers grow profitably. SENLA is backed by Antler, a global early-stage VC.

About the Position

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Reporting to: Founder / CEO

The Head of Operations is responsible for running domestic trucking shipments on SENLA. This includes onboarding carriers and senders, dispatch coordination, documentation, issue handling, and payment reconciliation. In the beginning you will operate shipments directly. Over time, you will build the operational processes and team needed to scale nationwide.

We are looking for a strong operator with experience in logistics who can both run operations and design processes that can later be standardized and automated.

Responsibilities

Operational Execution

• Coordinate shipments end-to-end (pickup delivery POD).
• Onboard senders and carriers and guide them through first shipments.
• Manage documentation (B/L, POD, invoicing) and payment reconciliation.
• Handle exceptions, claims, and service issues.

Process & System Building

• Build the operating blueprint for SENLA, including:
• Order matching & acceptance
• Pricing & dispatch communication
• Documentation & claims
• Billing & collections

Automate for scale

• Work with product/tech to standardize and automate workflows over time.

Customer & Market Feedback

• Capture customer feedback and operational bottlenecks.
• Translate insights into operational improvements and product requirements.

Scaling & Team Leadership

• After establishing repeatable operations, hire and train operations staff.
• Build customer support and account management capabilities.
• Set targets and track operational KPIs (on-time %, documentation accuracy, claim rate, collections).

Requirements

• Fluent in Vietnamese; good working English
• 510+ years in logistics, freight, supply chain, or domestic trucking operations.
• Experience in cold-chain, distribution, last-mile, or marketplace ops is a plus.
• Has built or operated in environments without established processes.
• Comfortable with field work and customer-facing interaction.
• Independent, structured, and able to multitask.

Big Plus

• Experience with freight platforms, TMS, or carrier/shipper networks.
• Worked with both SMEs and large logistics companies.

What to expect
