JOB BRIEF:
- Reporting line: Sales Head
- Working location: Viettel Tower, District 10, HCMC
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the key accounts strategically and with a business orientation.
- Build Sales plan by Customer & Channel Super/Hypermarket/Mom&Baby chain stores.
- Negotiate Trade Terms to commercialize investment with customers.
- Build & maintain relationships with managers and directors of key accounts.
- Maximize customer service and take any necessary action to maintain satisfaction of any customer complaints.
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans.
- Manage product (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing).
- Develop and retain the Distribution network timely and professional.
- Set objectives and targets for the Sales staff and the Distribution network in the assigned area. Understand and follow the competitive market situation.
- Manage sales administration (credit, delivery co-ordination, cash, commissions, and report writing). Adhere to the company's Accounting and Administration policies and guidelines.
- Set up Standard Operating Procedures to service Key Account Customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Have strong experience in Group KAM position or 2-4 year experience of MT Manager/Head position.
- Solid experience in building and managing Modern Trade channel (Planning & Operations).
- Fluent Vietnamese and English presentation.
- Strong analytical skills, planning skills, negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship with MT key accounts and collaboration in cross-function.
- Leadership skills at a high level to lead & motivate the team to deliver high performance.
- Ability to work under high pressure, resilience, and flexibility.
