About The Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will serve as the architect of GVM's brand strategy leading, inspiring, and executing marketing initiatives that align with Nova Group's vision.
Your mission: Position GVM as a leading brand in premium vacation and lifestyle experiences across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1 Brand Management & Strategy
- Define and strengthen GVM's brand positioning and visual identity.
- Lead integrated marketing and communication campaigns (IMC) to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the Legal Department on brand registration and IP protection.
2 Marketing & Communication Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across Digital, PR, Events, and Promotions.
- Oversee all communication channels: Website, Social Media, SEO, Paid Ads, Email Marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI through data-driven insights.
3 Team Development & Process Optimization
- Establish marketing processes, KPIs, and interdepartmental workflows.
- Coach and empower the team to build a proactive, creative, and high-performing culture.
- Identify and nurture leadership potential within the department.
4 Budgeting & ROI Management
- Manage annual marketing budgets effectively.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize impact and brand value.
5 Compliance & Governance
- Build and maintain marketing governance frameworks, workflow standards, and compliance checklists.
- Ensure transparency, discipline, and alignment across all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing/Branding, including 35 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven success in industries such as hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or tourism.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking with a creative mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing, and Customer Experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
