Role Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the FPT Play brand and drive user growth across IPTV, OTT, and digital platforms.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns to promote content, products, and services while enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage Brand, Content, Digital, and Campaign Marketing activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with media agencies, brands, content providers, and KOLs/KOCs to maximize marketing impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing investments, and ensure effective use of budgets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing team to deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Previous experience in technology, media, entertainment, IPTV, OTT, or digital platform businesses is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing large-scale Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Campaign Marketing initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, and performance measurement tools.
  • Experience in budget planning, resource allocation, and marketing investment optimization.
  • Excellent command of English, with demonstrated experience in managing relationships and collaborating effectively with both local and international partners.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
