Responsibilities:
1. Brand Trust & Long-term Credibility
- Position the Company as a credible, long-term player
- Highlight after-sales service, operational strength, and reliability
- Leverage real customer stories to build trust
2. Tech Innovation & Product Leadership
- Translate technical features into clear, compelling consumer stories
- Establish the Company as an innovation leader in the EV space
- Communicate performance vs. price advantage in a credible way
3. Product Launch & Category Expansion
- Lead end-to-end product launch campaigns for new models
- Target new customer segments while maintaining brand consistency
- Ensure each launch delivers strong market impact and visibility
- Track key KPIs: pre-orders, test rides, media coverage, share of voice
4. Demand Generation & Retail Enablement
- Build a funnel from awareness test ride conversion
- Drive performance marketing and lead generation
- Partner with Sales to support store expansion and activation
- Develop clear marketing attribution and performance tracking
5. Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Manage agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful work
- Balance creative ambition with data-driven execution
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, and CEO
Requirements:
- 8+ years in marketing, with strong brand-building experience
- Proven ability to build trust and scale brands to mainstream
- Strong in brand strategy, product storytelling, and performance marketing
- Data-driven with understanding of CAC and attribution
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Experience in automotive, mobility, or consumer tech is a plus
