JOB OVERVIEW
The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies at both Group and Project levels, with a strong focus on real estate branding, integrated marketing communications (IMC), and sales-driven marketing tools. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand equity and driving business performance across the Group's ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Group-Level Marketing & Brand Management
- Coordinate, manage, and coach the centralized marketing team to ensure consistency and efficiency across all brands.
- Lead and oversee the branding strategy of the Group and its brand portfolio, including:
- Trung Thuy Group, Lancaster, Lancaster The Master, Lancaster Club, and ecosystem brands such as Mekong Rest Stop, Sen Spa, Sen Viet.
- Ensure brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity are aligned with the Group's long-term vision.
2. Real Estate Project Marketing
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking for real estate projects.
- Develop marketing concepts, strategies, and execution plans aligned with each project's positioning and sales objectives.
- Build and manage marketing tools and sales collaterals, including CGI, scale models, VR, brochures, leaflets, and digital assets, in line with project timelines.
- Plan and implement Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Conceptualize and execute sales events, launches, and promotional activities.
- Develop, manage, and supervise the brand identity system for both the Group and individual projects, ensuring consistency and premium positioning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (local or international universities).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior marketing role; experience in high-end real estate projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in real estate branding, marketing strategy, and communication planning.
- Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Highly proactive, dynamic, and creative with a strong learning mindset.
- Professional working style with excellent adaptability in a fast-changing market.
- Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about real estate development and property marketing.
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
