REQUIREMENTS
Relevanteducationandexperience
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields
- 5 years minimum working in manipulation software
- Provenexpertisein robotics manipulation, motion planning, forward and inverse kinematics, feedback control, force/impedance control
- Adancedexperience with reinforcement learning, imitation learning, large behavior models for manipulation (e.g., Visual-Language-Action model)
- Experience with physics-based simulation such asBulletSim,Mujoco, Isaac Lab
- Experience integrating perception such as vision, depth, tactile sensors into manipulation

- Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
- Proactive, dedicated, business-oriented,responsibleand willing to learn
- Good communicationskills, creative problem-solvingskillsand attention to detail
JOBDESCRIPTION
- Define vision and roadmap for manipulation software for products
- Build and lead a high-performing team of robotics software engineers and researchers
- Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electronics and Firmware, AI/Perception teams to ensure the end-to-end system integration
- Stay ahead of industry trends in manipulation, grasping, and robot intelligence to inform R&D priorities
- Drive integration ofperception, hardware capabilities into manipulation pipeline
- Ensure real-time, robust performance of manipulation software in dynamic and unstructured environments
