General requirements for the position: Lawyer, with over 10 years of professional experience, especially in the field of litigation, dispute resolution, suspicion and finance or banking.
Scope of responsibility:
- In charge legal matters for Vietnam and International market, focus on the following matters: consulting on handling daily emergencies; supporting the worship style, litigation; consulting and determining capital transactions, financial transactions; consulting on transaction verification for the EV Car sales sector.
- Advise the Board of Directors on strategic legal issues
- Analyze legal risks and propose solutions to the Board of Directors for issues arising during the Company's operations.
- Consult, appraise, and supervise the drafting of documents and papers related to corporate governance, company system organization, and business and investment activities
- Supervise and coordinate the development and appraisal of processes, regulations, and statutes within the Company
- Preside over the appraisal and negotiation of the Company's contracts, ensuring the Company's interests
- Supervise the implementation of compliance control activities as required.
