Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Operations Management

  • Oversee and manage all operational activities across New Business, Policy Administration, Customer Service/Call Center, and Claims.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end operations from policy issuance to claims settlement.

2. Service Quality & Customer Experience

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers, agents, and distribution partners.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
  • Monitor key service metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), service accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

  • Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives in operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to implement system enhancements and new technologies.

4. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal control frameworks.
  • Manage operational risks and implement preventive controls.
  • Support internal and external audits related to operations.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple functions.
  • Set performance objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

6. Business Partnership

  • Work closely with Sales, Distribution, Product, IT, Risk, and Finance teams to support business growth.
  • Provide operational insights and recommendations to improve products, processes, and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Has experience in similar tasks in the life insurance industry or financial services industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Good services mindset, details with support and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
