Key Responsibilities:
1.Operations Management
- Oversee and manage all operational activities across New Business, Policy Administration, Customer Service/Call Center, and Claims.
- Ensure smooth and efficient end-to-end operations from policy issuance to claims settlement.
2. Service Quality & Customer Experience
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to customers, agents, and distribution partners.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
- Monitor key service metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), service accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives in operations.
- Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to implement system enhancements and new technologies.
4. Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal control frameworks.
- Manage operational risks and implement preventive controls.
- Support internal and external audits related to operations.
5. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple functions.
- Set performance objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
6. Business Partnership
- Work closely with Sales, Distribution, Product, IT, Risk, and Finance teams to support business growth.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to improve products, processes, and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
- Has experience in similar tasks in the life insurance industry or financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Good services mindset, details with support and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
