We are looking for an experienced IT Leader to drive the company's technology strategy and ensure smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with business goals, identifying technology opportunities to improve efficiency and support growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, establishing and maintaining IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems, ensuring reliable operation of business-critical applications and services.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage all company software accounts and subscriptions, keeping accurate records of usage, licenses, and access rights, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Plan and manage hardware procurement, configuration, and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain an up-to-date inventory while ensuring consistent hardware standards across the organization.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and controls, monitor systems for vulnerabilities, coordinate mitigation efforts, and ensure compliance with regulations, data protection standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles, managing teams and large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, software account management, and hardware lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational work.
- Preferred: experience with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT), modern automation, monitoring, asset tracking, and DevOps tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
