Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Director will be responsible for developing, leading, and scaling a modern HR function that supports Group's rapid expansion, clinical excellence, and people-focused culture. This role partners closely with the DCEO and senior leadership team to translate business goals into effective people strategies across all specialties and business units.

Upon joining, the HR Director will take full leadership of the HR structure, strengthening HR governance and ensuring consistent standards, performance management, and capability development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business growth, clinical priorities, and long-term objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the DCEO and leadership team on workforce planning, organizational structure, and culture.

Talent, Performance & Succession

  • Lead workforce planning initiatives, leadership pipeline development, and succession planning.
  • Enhance performance management frameworks that align with both business and performance outcomes.

HR Operations & Governance

  • Oversee full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Ensure standardized HR policies, processes, and full compliance with labor regulations across all entities.

Organizational Development & Culture

  • Drive organizational development initiatives, change management programs, and culture-building efforts.
  • Support leaders in scaling their teams while maintaining strong employee engagement and retention.

Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead HR digitalization efforts, people analytics, and KPI tracking systems.
  • Continuously optimize HR processes, systems, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, education, or fast-growing service organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in HR transformation, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law and modern HR systems.
  • Experience managing multi-unit or multi-specialty organizations is a strong advantage.
