Johnson Health Tech Vietnam (Thuan Thanh Plant I) Co., Ltd. is the group's flagship manufacturing facility in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, located in Thuan Thanh Industrial Zone I (Lot CN2-1). The plant specializes in the production of premium fitness equipment, serving markets across North America, Europe, and Asia. To support rapid capacity expansion, we are now seeking experienced HR professionals to join our core team and help drive the successful execution of the group's global strategy.

3.Responsibilities

  • Core Objective: Formulate and implement the human resources strategy, establish a comprehensive HR system, and provide robust talent support to achieve the company's business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's HR strategic plan aligned with annual production capacity targets and global operational requirements.
  • HR System Development: Lead the design and implementation of core HR functional modules, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.
  • Compliance Management: Oversee all aspects of labor compliance, including employment contract execution, social insurance contributions, payroll processing, and full adherence to Vietnam's Labor Code.
  • Talent Assurance: Accurately fulfill staffing needs across production, technical, and functional roles to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
  • Cultural Integration: Drive the localization of the group's People-First culture in Vietnam, enhancing employee engagement and organizational cohesion.

4.Qualifications

  • Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle HR management experience in the manufacturing industry (e.g., fitness equipment, machinery, etc.). Practical HR experience in foreign-invested or Taiwan-funded factories is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese (both written and spoken); proficient in Mandarin; basic English proficiency.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with Vietnam's labor laws, social insurance policies, and corporate employment standards; capable of independently identifying and mitigating employment compliance risks.

5.Required Skills

  • Professional Expertise: Demonstrates a systematic understanding of modern HR management models, supported by successful implementation cases. Proficient in end-to-end HR operational processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding), with the ability to quickly identify and optimize inefficient workflows.
  • Policy Mastery: Deeply familiar with Vietnamese employment contract management, compensation structure design, insurance and benefits systems, and training policies. Understands the group's global compensation framework and its localization adaptation logic.
  • Tools & Technical Skills: Skilled in Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems (HRIS). Has received formal training in modern HR management methodologies, Vietnamese labor law, basic finance (particularly social insurance calculations), and leadership/management development.
  • Soft Skills: Highly attuned to people dynamics and organizational change; possesses exceptional communication, coordination, and execution capabilities.

6.Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: 51M68M VND/month ( RMB 15K20K)
