About the company:

DAO Music Entertainment is the leading music company in Vietnam, established in 2020. We are dedicated to creating a diverse and innovative music ecosystem, offering leading services for artists and labels. Our services include Music Distribution, Music Publishing & License Management, Music Marketing, Music & Visual Production, Artist Development, and Digital Media Network.

Objectives:

Be responsible for operating the entire Human Resources Administration Back-office system of the company, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency; while also supporting the company's business, operational, and creative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Develop, review and implement compensation & benefits policies, internal regulations and reward schemes aligned with the company's strategy at each growth stage.
  • Handle time attendance, leave management, payroll calculation, bonuses and propose necessary adjustments.
  • Manage labor contracts and monitor headcount changes.
  • Oversee Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), Unemployment Insurance (UI), conduct monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and annual PIT finalization.
  • Stay updated on Labor Laws, salary regulations and PIT re.requirmen
  • Provide guidance and resolve employee inquiries regarding HR policies, labor regulations and compensation matters.

B. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Analyze manpower needs and develop short-term and long-term hiring plans.
  • Advise the BOD on HR strategies and people-related decisions.
  • Supervise the recruitment team to ensure hiring targets are met: right fit - sufficient - timely.
  • Evaluate quarterly recruitment effectiveness and propose process or tool improvements.

C. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Build and implement annual training and development aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, manage training schedules,...
  • Work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and competency gaps.
  • Manage training budgets, training records and post-training evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on executive company-wide initiatives.

D. Administration Backoffice

  • Oversee compliance across all departments and employees regarding company policies, rules and procedures.
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses to ensure alignment with approval budgets.
  • Organize internal events (teambuilding, YEP, birthday,...)
  • Manage general administration activities: office supplies, assets, facility services, vendor contracts and related operations.

E. Admin & Contract Management

  • Oversee contract filing, updating, and management processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure Admin team operates in accordance with company procedures and contract workflows.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the BOD.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, or a related major.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in General HR, including at least 1 year in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of C&B, Labor Law, employee relations, SI/HI/UI, and PIT.
  • Solid experience in process building and team development.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Prefer candidates with HR experience in companies operating under a multi-subsidiary structure.
  • Systematic thinking, proactive, transparent, and able to work under high pressure.
