Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Lead and manage Payroll / HR Services providing to MNC clients.
- Identify and lead initiatives to expand service capabilities and support revenue growth.
- Ensure resources are planned effectively to meet service delivery.
- Ensure operations fully comply with Vietnam Labor Code, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations.
- Mitigate risks through strict review processes, documentation control, and internal audits.
- Oversee data confidentiality, security, and adherence to internal compliance standards.
- Undertake other payroll/C&B related tasks as assigned by senior leadership.
Team Management & Development
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members at all levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans for the team.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to strengthen team capabilities.
- Promote a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing work culture
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main escalation point for key clients and complex payroll matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and service quality.
- Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and propose service enhancements.
- Support business development by providing expert insights for proposals and new opportunities.
System & Technology Enablement
- Lead initiatives to improve payroll systems, tools, and automation capabilities.
- Coordinate external vendors to resolve system issues.
Job Requirements
- 10 12 years of experience in Payroll / C&B, including at least 35 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in a professional services firm or outsourcing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English across all four skills.
