Job Description

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Lead and manage Payroll / HR Services providing to MNC clients.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to expand service capabilities and support revenue growth.
  • Ensure resources are planned effectively to meet service delivery.
  • Ensure operations fully comply with Vietnam Labor Code, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations.
  • Mitigate risks through strict review processes, documentation control, and internal audits.
  • Oversee data confidentiality, security, and adherence to internal compliance standards.
  • Undertake other payroll/C&B related tasks as assigned by senior leadership.

Team Management & Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members at all levels.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans for the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Promote a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing work culture

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main escalation point for key clients and complex payroll matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and service quality.
  • Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and propose service enhancements.
  • Support business development by providing expert insights for proposals and new opportunities.

System & Technology Enablement

  • Lead initiatives to improve payroll systems, tools, and automation capabilities.
  • Coordinate external vendors to resolve system issues.

Job Requirements

  • 10 12 years of experience in Payroll / C&B, including at least 35 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in a professional services firm or outsourcing environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English across all four skills.
