The role is accountable for designing, delivering and continuously improving the company's HR operational infrastructure to ensure efficiency, reliability, compliance, and exceptional employee experience.
This role oversees HR operations, HR technology, HR data and analytics, HR operations expense management and vendor partnerships, ensuring these functions operate with strong governance, data integrity, and process excellence.
The position plays a critical role in enabling the company's transformation and growth agenda through digitalization, automation and risk-controlled HR processes.
HR Operations Excellence
- Lead and optimize end-to-end HR operational processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee life cycle, payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee records)
- Customer-focused understand employees interests and ensure employees needs being met in a timely way and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Rewards to actively communicate to employees to improve the utilization and participation of wellness and benefits programs.
- Work in partnership with Office Services team to improve workplaces.
- Ensure operational SLAs, service delivery standards, and employee experience metrics are achieved
- Build and enforce consistent HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Oversee PVA fulfilment relationship and all payroll and tax requirements, ensures compliance on current legislation and tax code that may impact payroll.
HR Technology and Digitalization
- Define and execute HR technology strategy and ensure seamless HRIS and other HR platforms/ systems and workflow tool operations.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, driving automation, self-service, and process simplification.
- Ensure system lifecycle management and strong governance practices.
- Respond to and mitigate incidents affecting HR data or systems.
- Manage incident resolution, change management and release cycles for HR systems
HR data and analytics
- Manage data governance, data quality, and data integration across HR platforms.
- Deliver dashboards, analytics, and workforce insights supporting business decisions.
Expense Management (HR related)
- Oversee HR budget planning, workforce cost monitoring, and monthly expense reporting.
- Ensure policy compliance for employee-related expenses (e.g., allowances, claims, travel) in partnership with Finance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process automation.
Vendor and Contract Management
- Manage HR vendors ranging in various matters, from system providers to insurance brokers and outsourced service providers.
- Oversee contracts, SLAs, performance reviews, security requirements and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to InfoSec and compliance requirements in all vendor agreements.
Risk, Compliance and Data Privacy
- Own HR compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies and audit standards.
- Establish and monitor data privacy and data security protocols across HR systems and processes
- Lead internal control activities, risk assessments and corrective actions.
Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead, coach, and develop strong teams across HR operations, technology, analytics and governance.
- Work closely with HRBPs, Talent, Talent Acquisitions, Rewards, Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance.
- Advise CHRO on operational performance, risk posture, and technology capability maturity.
