Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 8 years in senior HR leadership roles.
  • Proven experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in the following areas:
  • Organizational Design (OD)
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Total Rewards Strategy (Compensation & Benefits)
  • Talent Review & Succession Planning
  • Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Fluent English communication skills, including business communication and executive-level presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, HR systems/software, and Power BI.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and drive the company's 3–5-year People strategy, including organizational design, talent strategy, culture transformation, and succession planning. Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO.
  • Lead and oversee the seven People & Organization pillars, including HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Organization Development (OD), Talent Acquisition (TA), Learning & Development (L&D), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Culture & Engagement (C&E), and Employee Experience (EX). Develop and coach the seven members while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between the People function and the four Business Heads through the HRBP team. Participate in the Executive Committee (ExCo) and advise the CEO on senior leadership and organizational decisions.
  • Own the Total Rewards Strategy, including compensation, incentives, long-term incentive plans (LTI), and employee benefits. Conduct annual market benchmarking using Mercer and Talentnet data and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors on executive compensation.
  • Drive the company culture agenda by owning the Culture Book, Employee Engagement Survey, and Recognition Program. Act as the company's spokesperson on all People-related matters.
  • Lead people risk management initiatives, including whistleblowing investigations, disciplinary actions, labor disputes, and mass resignation scenarios. Handle sensitive employee relations cases in close partnership with Legal and the CEO.
