Job Description

Our client is a top-notch media & communications company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their growing company with 600+ employees & more.

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Work closely with executive leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.

Organizational Development:

  • Assess organizational needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Lead the centralization of HR functions, streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive transformation initiatives to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop succession plans and talent pipelines to support long-term organizational goals.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead a team of executives in developing and executing recruiting and talent acquisition strategies aimed at attracting, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent company-wide, with an emphasis on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

Corporate Culture:

  • Define, promote, and nurture a positive corporate culture aligned with company values.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 10+ years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably with prior roles in HRBP or CoE comparable positions.
  • Experience or familiarity with the media, entertainment, or e-commerce sectors is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management skill
  • Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of designing and executing people operations strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Skilled mentor and coach capable of building effective relationships at all organizational levels, demonstrating active listening, and supporting employee development.
  • Competent in partnering with department heads and key stakeholders on HR-related issues, effectively acting as a strategic HR business partner.
