We are looking for a seasoned HR & Admin leader (preferably born in the 1980s) with a strong background in the banking industry. This candidate should perfectly balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Key Requirements:
• Banking Expertise: Deep understanding of the strict regulations and compliance standards in the financial sector.
• Language: Fluent in Mandarin to act as a key link between local operations and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Proven Track Record: Solid experience in managing HR & Admin for organizations of up to 200 staff.
• Local Knowledge: Expert in Vietnam Labor Law with the ability to build HR policies and organizational structures from the ground up.
