WE'RE HIRING: HEAD OF GROWTH

Business Unit: FACA - HV Holdings | Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Full-time

Salary: upto 40m + KPI bonus quarterly

HV Holdings is looking for a Head of Growth to lead our next phase of scalable, data-driven growth.

This role is designed for a senior growth leader who can own strategy, execution, and results across E-commerce, Performance Marketing, and Digital Revenue, with a strong focus on GMV, profitability, and sustainable scale.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies that drive revenue, GMV, and margin across digital channels.

You will work closely with Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Operations teams to build a repeatable growth engine, not just short-term campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Growth Strategy & Business Planning

  • Define and own the overall growth strategy for B.U FACA, aligned with business objectives and P&L targets.
  • Build annual and quarterly growth plans with clear GMV, revenue, CAC, LTV, and margin targets.
  • Identify new growth levers across E-commerce, paid media, CRM, retention, and new channels.

2. Performance & Revenue Ownership

  • Own GMV, revenue growth, and profitability across digital channels.
  • Oversee performance across E-commerce platforms, D2C, marketplaces, and paid media.
  • Optimize ROI, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and funnel efficiency at scale.
  • Work closely with Finance to manage growth P&L and budget allocation.

3. Data, Analytics & Experimentation

  • Build and manage growth dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership and BOD reporting.
  • Lead experimentation and A/B testing across channels, creatives, offers, and customer journeys.
  • Translate data insights into clear growth actions and priorities.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Growth team (Performance, E-commerce, Data, CRM).
  • Set clear KPIs, accountability, and execution standards across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure growth is scalable and operationally sound.

5. Scaling & Innovation

  • Identify and launch new growth initiatives (new platforms, new markets, new monetization models).
  • Improve systems, automation, and processes to support long-term growth at scale.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, contributing to business direction beyond marketing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling GMV/revenue with clear ownership of KPIs and P&L.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics and experimentation.
  • Experience working across E-commerce platforms, D2C, and performance channels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and leadership presence.
