Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Growth, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Head of Growth will be responsible for crafting and executing growth marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition, and identifying opportunities for growth hacking. The role also involves leading sales initiatives, managing business development efforts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives. This individual will play a key role in defining the growth roadmap and scaling the company's impact in its specialized industries.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Growth Marketing, including campaign strategy, performance metrics, and optimization.
  • Proven experience in Customer Acquisition and Growth Hacking to drive user and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience in technology sectors like AI, Data, Cloud, or ERP, as well as knowledge of the healthcare or real estate industries, is highly advantageous.
