Job Purpose
OIEG is a leading international private education company committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our students and partners worldwide. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Global Sales and Training to join our team to support global teams selling our high stakes English Language test: Oxford International English Language Level test (ELLT).
With direction from the Global Sales Director OIDI, this role is responsible for driving the global sales strategy while overseeing the training and development of sales personnel to promote our ELLT to partners and staff. This role will ensure the achievement of sales targets, enhance sales processes, and foster a high-performance sales culture for ELLT across the organisation and with our partners.
The post holder will have excellent knowledge of English language testing used for entry onto degree programmes e.g IELTS, ELLT, PTE, TOEFL. Ideally from a commercial education or sales background, with the ability to lead product knowledge training sessions with global partners, to drive usage of the ELLT test and associated revenue.
The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong internal and external relationships; communicate clearly and present information. The ideal candidate will have the personality and ability to effectively communicate with partners from a diverse range of international markets and cultures.
The post holder will be required to conduct regular international and domestic travel.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the global sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Support key account relationships in Vietnam
- Supporteffective product sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team and new clients
- Identify new market opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives.
- Support the global sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives for ELLT.
- Ensure continuous development and performance improvement of sales personnel when selling ELLT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client needs and work with UK based product team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development.

Statutory Requirements
- Currently located in Vietnam
- Eligibility to travel freely in key global sales markets: Vietnam & SEA, MENA
- Meet statutory and organisational child-safeguarding requirements
Qualifications
- Educated to a minimum of degree level
- Certified training in sales (Desirable)
- Master's degree or higher (Desirable)
Experience and knowledge
- Significant knowledge of the English language tests used for University admissions
- Experience working in international Education sales environments
- Experience of producing regular sales reports and presenting market intelligence
- Direct previous experience selling English language tests (Desirable)
- Experience running product training workshops (Desirable)
