THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a fast-growing Fintech firm specializing in SME Financing solutions. We are looking for a strategic Capital Markets & Fundraising Lead to spearhead capital management initiatives. You will be the architect of the firm's capital structure, securing diverse funding sources (Debt, Equity, JVs) from banks, investment funds, and DFIs to fuel the expansion of their SME portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capital Raising: Lead the end-to-end fundraising process, securing capital from commercial banks, investment funds, DFIs, and strategic partners.
- Deal Structuring: Execute sophisticated deal structures (Debt, Equity, or JV) to optimize the cost of capital, risk allocation, and collateral management.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with the leadership team to align fundraising efforts with disbursement targets and loan portfolio growth.
- Investor Relations: Establish a professional communication cadence, including quarterly updates, portfolio reviews, and annual briefings to maintain long-term trust.
- Portfolio Governance: Manage financial covenants, investor reporting, and internal dashboards to track capital utilization and performance.
- Market Representation: Represent the company at high-level investor meetings, industry conferences, and fundraising pitches.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Experience: Proven track record in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Fintech Lending, Structured Debt, or PE/Fund Management.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of financial modeling, deal negotiation, and capital structuring.
- English: Highly proficient in English (written and verbal) for professional financial presentations.
- Network (Preferred): An established network with local/international banks and financial institutions in Vietnam.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Startups/Fintech or deep understanding of SME Lending, Invoice Financing, or Supply Chain Finance is a major plus.
