KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead annual business planning, short-term/ long-term business planning exercises
2. Manage company wise budget to ensure plan achievement
3. Engage with business regularly basis on updating and discussion of performance
4. Analyze, evaluate and provide consulttion on new proposals related to Sales and Collection activities
5. Develop, Monitor, and update Single Account Profitability (SAP) model to give insight of new disbursements to Board Of Management
6. Implement recruiting, training and managing employees to ensure the goals and the quality of the work
7. Other tasks assigned by Finance Division Director, CEO
REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related majors
At least 08 years experience in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
