What you will own
- End-to-end Financial & Regulatory Reporting:
- Financial Statements, provisioning, prudential ratios, SBV & Group reporting
- Full tax governance across VAT, CIT, FCT, FATCA, Transfer Pricing
- Primary contact point for SBV, Tax Authorities, External Auditors & Consultants
- Finance & tax advisory to business and product teams for new initiatives
- Strengthen internal control, governance, and reporting automation
- Lead and develop the team, and act as Deputy / backup to Head of ERC
This is a decision-making role, not a back-office reporting position.
Who this role is built for
- 10+ years in Finance / Accounting / Regulatory / Tax
- Proven leadership experience (Manager / Senior Manager / Head)
- Strong exposure to banking regulations, VAS, IFRS, SBV framework
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and regulators
- Fluent English for Group and auditor communication
- Mindset of ownership, accountability, and control
