The Head of Finance will lead all financial, fund, and regulatory matters for a venture capital fund, partnering closely with investment and leadership teams to support portfolio growth, fund performance, and investor confidence.

Description
Lead all fund accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
Oversee NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and fund structuring
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning at fund and portfolio level
Act as key finance partner to investment team on deals, valuations, and exits
Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements
Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, and external advisors
Build and continuously improve finance processes, controls, and governance
Profile
8+ years of finance experience with proven background in VC or Private Equity
Strong experience in fund accounting, reporting, and investor management
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent)
Solid understanding of valuations, fund structures, and investment lifecycle
Hands‑on leadership experience managing finance operations or teams
High integrity, detail‑oriented, and able to operate in a fast‑moving environment
