Key Responsibility:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position covers but it is not limited to:
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead the FP&A team in developing financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations for business decision- making. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company strategy.
- Recommend and suggest to management team on financial management to ensure effectively utilization financial resources to enhance profitability and drive growth.
- Work with Group, Regional and Country Offices to optimize financial performance and profitability
- Prepare financial statements, presentations, and reports for investor meetings.
2.Financial Systems and Process Improvement:
- Support on Implementation of ERP and other financial systems to optimize financial operations and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive the implementation of new financial tools or systems as necessary.
- Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and funding to ensure sufficient funding for operations. o Monitor and manage foreign exchange risks and interest rate exposures.
3.Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure Finance policies and procedures are in accordance with statutory regulations & global standards, complying with risks management and internal control policies.
- Participate in establishing and implementing internal controls that meet international and industry benchmarks.
4.Team Management and Collaboration:
- Working closely with Accounting team in developing accounting policies and procedures; month end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy & compliance and other relevant accounting topics
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Promote collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and knowledge sharing
5.Other tasks and projects assigned by direct manager/BODs.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in high level financial management, preferably as a Head of Finance or similar
- Experience working in finance management for multinational companies and affiliate/performance marketing companies
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP and similar financial and accounting systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
