HEAD OF ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE

I. Role Overview

The Head of Enterprise Architecture serves as the Group Chief Technology Architect of Galaxy Holdings the central technology entity within the Sovico ecosystem.

This position is responsible for building and leading a unified technology architecture across the entire Sovico ecosystem (Aviation, Banking & Finance, Securities, Real Estate, Digital Platforms, etc.), ensuring:

• Architectural alignment across subsidiaries
• Optimization of group-level technology investments
• Standardization of integration and data sharing
• Acceleration of digital transformation and customer ecosystem development

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Group Enterprise Architecture Development

• Develop and implement the Enterprise Architecture Blueprint across the ecosystem.
• Establish architecture principles, technology standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology strategy.
• Standardize shared platforms across subsidiaries.

2. Technology Strategy & Investment Optimization

• Advise the Executive Board and Board of Directors on technology strategy.
• Evaluate ROI of major technology investment projects.
• Reduce system duplication and manage technical debt.
• Develop a 35 year system modernization roadmap.

3. Solution Architecture Governance

• Lead architecture design for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Review and approve Solution Architecture proposals from subsidiaries.
• Ensure seamless integration across Core Banking, Airline Systems, Securities Platforms, CRM/ERP, Loyalty, and Data Platforms.

4. Data & AI Architecture

• Design group-level Data Architecture and enterprise-wide data models.
• Build Data Lakehouse and real-time analytics platforms.
• Drive AI platform development (Risk, Fraud, Personalization, GenAI).
• Standardize cross-company data sharing mechanisms.

5. Integration & Cloud Architecture

• Establish an API-first ecosystem architecture.
• Design integration architecture (API Gateway, Event-driven, Microservices).
• Define Hybrid / Multi-cloud strategy.
• Standardize DevSecOps and Observability practices.

6. Architecture Governance & Risk Management

• Establish and chair the Architecture Review Board.
• Control architecture risks and technical debt.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, especially in financial sectors.
• Implement Zero-Trust security framework.

7. Architecture Capability Development

• Build and lead Enterprise / Solution / Data Architect teams.
• Coach and mentor architecture professionals.
• Establish a group-wide architecture competency framework.

III. Requirements

Experience

• 1520 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 7 years in an Enterprise Architect / Chief Architect role at group level.
• Experience working within a holding or multi-industry structure.
• Proven experience consolidating legacy systems and optimizing technology investments.

Expertise

Strong knowledge in:

• Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF or equivalent)
• Solution Architecture
• Data & AI Architecture
• API & Integration Architecture
• Hybrid / Multi-cloud Strategy
• Security & Regulatory Architecture

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

• Banking & Finance
• Aviation
• Securities
• Real Estate
• Digital Platforms

• PMP / ITIL
