Head of Engineering

[HIRING] HEAD OF ENGINEERING - 4000$ GROSS

• Substantial software-engineering experience, including 3-5 years leading product engineering teams or multiple delivery streams in a Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, Engineering Manager or

comparable role.

• Good English communication

• Evidence of building or scaling engineering teams, recruiting strong technical talent and developing

engineers and technical leaders.

• Strong system-design knowledge across distributed systems, APIs, event-driven workflows, relational data, caching, asynchronous processing, cloud infrastructure and observability.

• Practical experience with a relevant modern stack. Our platform uses TypeScript, React, Node.js/NestJS,

Fastify, PostgreSQL/Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis, AWS, containerised workloads, CI/CD and infrastructure as

code. Deep expertise in every component is not required, but you must lead credible technical decisions

across the stack.
