About The Project

We are building a highly ambitious, zero-to-one product that will fundamentally redefine the digital commerce landscape.

We are moving past traditional SaaS, rigid templates, and drag-and-drop builders. Instead, we are engineering a deep, AI-native generative engine capable of dynamic system creation. Think of it as software that builds complex software and infrastructure.

This is not a simple wrapper around the OpenAI API. We are solving hard technical problems at the intersection of LLMs, complex state management, and code/system generation. To achieve this, we need a Head of Technology—a visionary hacker, a deep AI expert, and a hardcore builder who wants to pioneer a new paradigm in how digital businesses are built and operated.

We believe in Vibe Coding. You aren't just a manager who sits in meetings and draws architecture diagrams. You are a builder who achieves flow state. You use Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and LLMs to write code at lightning speed. You care about not only elegant abstractions, but also more about shipping magic to users.

What You Will Do (The Mission)

1. Zero-to-One Architecture: Design and build the core prompt-to-code engine from scratch. You will define how natural language translates into e-commerce components (React, Next.js, Tailwind) and backend logic.

2. Deep AI Integration: Build complex AI pipelines using state-of-the-art LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models). Implement RAG, Agentic workflows, and fine-tuning to make the code-generation highly accurate for e-commerce use cases.

3. Generative UI Development: Create the infrastructure that allows the AI to render dynamic, interactive e-commerce shopping experiences in real-time.

4. Hands-on Coding: Spend at least 60-70% of your time in the IDE. You will write the most complex parts of the system.

5. Product Visionary: Partner with the Business Director, CEO to shape the product roadmap. Translate wild product ideas into technical realities.

6. Build the Dream Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a lean, elite team of AI engineers and full-stack developers.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)

The Hard Skills:

Extensive AI/LLM Experience: Deep understanding of Generative AI. You have built applications using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or built custom AI agents. You understand how to constrain LLMs to output valid, production-ready code (JSON, ASTs, React components).

Modern Web Stack: Expert-level knowledge of modern frontend and backend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, TailwindCSS).

E-commerce Domain Knowledge: You understand the anatomy of an e-commerce platform (Product Catalogs, Carts, Checkout flows, Shopify/WooCommerce APIs, Stripe integrations).

Code Generation Expertise: Familiarity with AST (Abstract Syntax Trees), compilers, or how platforms like Lovable, Vercel v0, or Cursor work under the hood is a massive plus.

The Profile & Vibe:

8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years leading technical teams and a strong recent focus on GenAI.
