OBJECTIVE

Lead end-to-end data, analytics and AI agenda for Finance and wider business. Transform data into actionable insights, enable self-service analytics, and embed AI-driven decision-making across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data & Analytics Strategy

• Define and execute enterprise data & BI strategy aligned with business priorities

• Drive transition from static reporting to self-service and real-time analytics

2. AI & Advanced Analytics

• Identify and implement AI/ML use cases (forecasting, customer behavior, automation)

• Introduce GenAI tools to improve productivity (reporting, querying, decision support)

• Ensure practical adoption of AI in Finance

3. Business Partnering

• Act as strategic partner to CFO and business leaders

• Translate business needs into data products and insights

• Drive data-driven culture and decision-making

4. Finance Data Governance & Quality

• Own BI data governance framework (definitions, ownership, lineage)

• Ensure single source of truth across organization

• Implement automated data quality monitoring and controls in Finance

5. Reporting & Performance Management

• Redesign reporting landscape (automation, simplification, standardization)

• Deliver actionable dashboards (Power BI or similar)

• Enable performance management through KPIs and predictive insights

6. Technology & Platforms

• Oversee BI tools and data platforms (Power BI, SQL, cloud, big data tools)

• Collaborate with IT on data infrastructure and integration

• Drive adoption of modern data stack (API, real-time data, cloud solutions)

7. Team Leadership

• Lead and develop high-performing BI/Data team (analysts, data scientists)

• Build data literacy across Fin organization

• Create strong talent pipeline and upskilling programs

REQUIREMENTS

• 7 to 10+ years in BI, data, analytics or finance data roles

• Proven experience with data platforms (DWH, SQL, BI tools)

• Experience leading transformation (data, reporting, or systems)

• Strong business understanding (finance, risk, commercial)

• Experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics (practical, not theoretical)

• Experience in multinational / matrix environment

• Fluent English communication
