JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive credit card acquisition, usage, and profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities and create innovative credit card products to stay competitive.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and business metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Design and enhance credit card products, benefits, and rewards programs based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to enhance credit card application and processing systems.
- Build and manage an effective sales distribution network (including direct sales, telesales, digital channels, and partnerships).
- Drive strategic partnerships with merchants, and payment networks to expand market reach.
- Lead marketing and branding strategies to increase credit card awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure credit policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements are in place.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Fraud Prevention teams to mitigate potential fraud and credit risks.
- Optimize approval processes and manage risk-return balance effectively.
- Lead and develop a high-performing credit card business team, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of credit card business strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education level, certification:
- Bachelor or masters degree in Banking/Finance, Economics, Marketing or related majors.
Experience:
- 6+ years working experience in same field at banks, financial institutions, Fintech or intermediary company, at least 3+ years in credit card business management.
- Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance regulations, and credit policies related to credit card operations.
- Skills of planning and market analysis.
- Understanding of system integration and platform-to-platform connection is preferable.
- Strong interpersonal skill and Negotiation skill.
- Written and verbal fluency in English is required.
- Advanced IT skills, excel, word, power point.
- Experience in partner-led sales, ecosystem development, and digital payment solutions is an advantage.
