Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main lead for annual OPEX budget planning
  • Regular engage with business to provide insight on cost usage and efficiency
  • Manage cost approval process (PRs, proposal, projections)
  • Build and maintain company wise expense data mart, working closely with accounting, procurement, payment to enhance data capturing to ensure the quality of budget tracking.
  • Lead/ involve company's projects in cost optimization
  • Provide training for team to improve work efficiency
  • Oversee company's expense consumptions and provide advise/ recommendation to higher level management.
  • Other tasks assigned by BP&A Center Director, Finance Division Director

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education : University or higher
  2. Experience: least 5-6 years in relevant fields
