Regular engage with business to provide insight on cost usage and efficiency
Manage cost approval process (PRs, proposal, projections)
Build and maintain company wise expense data mart, working closely with accounting, procurement, payment to enhance data capturing to ensure the quality of budget tracking.
Lead/ involve company's projects in cost optimization
Provide training for team to improve work efficiency
Oversee company's expense consumptions and provide advise/ recommendation to higher level management.
