Head of Compliance

We're hiring in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a serious role.

As MixTape Beverage Co. scales across Vietnam and prepares for export growth, I'm looking to bring on a Head of Compliance & People Operations.

This is not a recruitment-only HR role.

This role sits at the intersection of labor law, compliance, tax oversight, and people operations, and works closely with external accountants, legal advisors, and leadership.

What this role covers:

Vietnamese labor law, contracts, and HR governance

Social insurance, payroll oversight, and statutory compliance

Tax and regulatory coordination with external advisors

Internal policies, controls, and inspection readiness

Practical, business-minded people operations as we scale

You're likely a fit if you have:

Experience in FDI, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or regulated environments

Strong working knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and social insurance

Comfort working in English with founders, investors, and advisors

A commercial mindset focused on risk management and execution

This role is not for:
