Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive sustainable business growth and achieve annual revenue, profitability, and business development targets.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales organization of more than 20 team members, fostering a strong performance culture, coaching capability, and succession pipeline.
- Drive new business acquisition through consultative, solution-based selling, identifying opportunities with large local enterprises and multinational corporations.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with C-level executives, plant leadership, procurement, operations, sustainability, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Develop and execute Key Account Management (KAM) strategies to strengthen long-term customer partnerships while expanding business opportunities across existing accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends to support business expansion and commercial excellence initiatives.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract management, and proposal development to maximize business value.
- Collaborate closely with operations, technical, engineering, logistics, finance, legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and business KPIs, ensuring effective sales governance and reporting.
- Develop customer engagement programs, value propositions, and commercial initiatives that strengthen market positioning and customer loyalty.
- Drive continuous improvement across sales processes, customer experience, and commercial effectiveness through data-driven decision making.
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or a related discipline. MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, solution selling, or key account management within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, environmental services, chemicals, energy, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently delivering revenue growth through new business development and strategic account expansion.
- Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in developing new customers and winning complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Extensive experience managing large strategic accounts, preferably multinational corporations and industrial manufacturers.
- Proven leadership experience managing commercial teams of 20 or more employees.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, sales planning, and performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers across complex organizations.
- Strong analytical thinking, business planning, coaching, and people development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Willingness to travel as required to support business development and customer engagement.
