We're looking for a leader to establish and grow our Manufacturing function. This role combines commercial leadership with organizational leadership, giving you the opportunity to build a high-performing business backed by an established consulting organization, active clients, and a growing pipeline.

You'll be responsible for building and leading the Manufacturing function, bringing together consultants, engineers, and delivery specialists around a shared vision for growth. You'll develop a high-performing team, strengthen capabilities, and create an organization that can scale alongside the business.

At the same time, you'll lead the commercial growth of the business. You'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities and building relationships with manufacturing leaders to consultative discovery, commercial strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Rather than selling predefined solutions, you'll work closely with clients to understand challenges on the factory floor and translate them into technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You'll also own the function's commercial direction, financial performance, and long-term growth. Working closely with your team, you'll ensure every engagement delivers on its promise, strengthens client relationships, and creates new opportunities for the business.

You'll Thrive in This Role If...

You have a proven track record of winning complex manufacturing, industrial technology, or automation engagements and understand manufacturing operations. You're comfortable engaging with plant managers, operations leaders, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders, translating operational challenges into technology solutions that create real business value.

You've also demonstrated the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants and engineers. Whether you've built a business unit, owned a P&L, or developed high-performing teams, you're motivated by the opportunity to grow both people and business.

Professional fluency in both Vietnamese and English is required.
