Job Description

Head of Analytics (Vietnam)

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Analytics to lead and shape data-driven initiatives in Vietnam. This role will drive the development of analytics strategies, deliver high-impact solutions, and support business growth through actionable insights.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the development of advanced analytics solutions, particularly in credit risk and predictive modeling
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing analytics team
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects, including planning, execution, and quality standards
  • Drive innovation by identifying market trends and new analytics opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's/MBA is an advantage)
  • 8–10 years of experience in analytics, preferably within banking, credit risk, or consulting
  • Strong background in predictive modeling and data science techniques
  • Proven leadership experience managing analytics or data teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python, R, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of credit bureau data and IFRS9 / ECL modeling
  • Exposure to analytics consulting or solution commercialization
