Job Description

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define and execute AI strategy aligned with the Group's business objectives.

- Establish AI governance frameworks covering data standards, ethics, risk, and security.

- Lead research, development, and deployment of AI/ML/LLM solutions.

- Select and manage AI platforms and infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, GPU, vector databases).

- Drive AI applications across the Group, including automation, chatbots, predictive analytics, and operational optimization.

- Manage AI projects from POC to production, ensuring performance, scalability, and data security.

- Build, lead, and develop the AI team (Data Science, ML, AI, MLOps).

- Manage AI budget and optimize costs related to technology and resources.

II. AUTHORITIES

- Access required data and systems for AI development.

- Coordinate directly with Group departments and external partners.

- Propose improvements to processes, tools, and dashboards.

- Decline tasks that violate legal or regulatory requirements.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/Machine Learning, including at least 2 years in a management role.

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, MLOps, Big Data, and Cloud Computing.

- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

- Professional, responsible, innovative, and security-conscious mindset.

  • Overtime may be required depending on work demands and will be compensated with time off on another day in the week.
