VinDynamics is looking for a Head of AI Conversation to lead all AI language and conversational intelligence efforts.
What you will do
- Lead the development of LLM-based conversational systems for humanoid robots.
- Build advanced NLU, dialogue management, memory modules, and safety layers.
- Oversee ASR/TTS, enabling natural speech interaction in real-world environments.
- Build and manage datasets (speech, text, multimodal).
- Mentor a world-class AI Conversation team and define quarterly OKRs.
Requirements
- 7+ years in NLP / Conversational AI / Speech AI, including 3+ years leading teams.
- Strong experience with LLMs, ASR/TTS
- Hands-on expertise building end-to-end conversational systems.
- Excellent leadership & communication skills.
Nice to have
- Publications in ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, ICLR, and ICRA.
- Experience with dialogue safety, hallucination mitigation, and multimodal reasoning.
- Background in HRI or social robotics is a plus.
