Report to: Director, Agency Planning and Strategic Initiatives

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Agency Planning and Strategic Initiatives

Type: Managerial

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Head of Agency Strategy and Transformation who is responsible for leading the Strategy and Transformation team in executing the strategy of the organization, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of company projects that enhance customer value, operational efficiency, and distribution performance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Initiatives & Framework

  • Define and implement execution plan to drive strategic initiatives and transformation
  • Develop frameworks & governance structure that guide priorities and long-term business objectives

Project Management

  • Oversee the overall planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Customer Focus

  • Lead customer insights, segmentation, and needs-based targeting to enhance value propositions
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to define tailor-made propositions for different profiles including existing and prospective customers

Distribution Experience

  • Identify pain points throughout the sale process including product, operations and customer service and drive curative actions and improvement plan
  • Lead development of digital tools, automated workflows, and technology solutions that improve sales processes and customer engagement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance productivity through digital innovation

Market Insights

  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of market intelligence, competitive insights, and industry trends.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience with exposures in sales & distribution, customer experience, project management and strategy (experience in agency is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and change management skills
  • Project management skills with attention to details
  • Creative and open mindset with proactive attitude.
